A delicious summer dessert, the apricot jam distinguishes itself with its unique flavor, being one of the least sweet jams and definitely one of the most delicate desserts for a hot summer day and not only.

1 kg of sugar

500 ml of water

1 kg of apricots

1. Wash the apricots and remove the kernel.

2. Boil the water together with the sugar. When the composition begins to thicken, add the apricots, and turn off the stove for 5 minutes and add small pieces of lime.

3. Cook the composition at low heat until it thickens and the apricots look translucent.

4. Wait for it to cool down, put it in jars and seal with sterilized lids.
