Create an account
For a speedy process, start by creating an account before you order. This way, you have all the details of your current and past orders, plus you can add to your Favorites list the products you’d like to buy another time.
Click the ‘Register’ tab on the top right side of the website. Fill out the required details and choose a password for your account. After you click ‘Register’ you will receive a confirmation email at the address you listed.
New order
If you wish to place an order, first log in to ‚My account’ by using your e-mail and chosen password. You can add any item you would like to buy to the basket with just a click on ‚Add to cart’. To change the quantities or delete one or more products, click on the basket (the top right side of our page) or on ‚View cart’. Click on ‚Proceed to checkout to fill in the billing/shipping address, choose the delivery option, and finalize the order.
Please fill in all the required information for delivery if you are a new customer and finish your order by selecting the preferred payment. You will also receive an order confirmation as well as any details regarding your order by mail.
After you order
All orders are processed in the shortest time possible. While we constantly update the stock availability of each product, it’s possible that a product you ordered is out of stock. In this case, we will contact you immediately to confirm the partial delivery of your order or its cancelation.
Online orders are not processed on weekends, or legal holidays and can take longer than usual at certain times of the year (vacations, discount campaigns).
Changing or canceling orders
